Meet this week’s top Realism Today Ambassador, Ammama Malik.
Ammama Malik (b. 1992) is from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Ammama majored in painting and is a graduate of the National College of Arts, Rawalpindi. She revives the essence of true painting, where words and ideas take a backseat. She describes her work as “painting for the sake of painting,” taking inspiration from the paintings of the Renaissance and Baroque eras. The works of art are a recollection of the past and stand out in a sea of modern artworks.
